Paulien specialiseert zich binnen de praktijkgroepen Public Law en Real Estate in het adviseren en procederen op het gebied van het algemeen bestuursrecht, het bestuursprocesrecht en het omgevingsrecht.
Voorheen was zij actief binnen de praktijkgroep Corporate/M&A, waar zij betrokken was bij zowel nationale als internationale fusies en overnames.
