Internal restructuring VTTI completed

The extensive internal restructuring of VTTI B.V. has been completed. VTTI is one of the world's fastest growing storage providers for energy and other essential products, such as chemicals. The VTTI group has a worldwide network of 17 storage terminals and a combined storage capacity of more than 10 million m3.

Houthoff was VTTI's lead counsel and used its international network to coordinate and advise on the internal restructuring. Houthoff worked in close cooperation with 23 foreign firms, including Estudio Jurídico Marval O'Farrell Mairal (Argentina) and Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP (Singapore).

The Houthoff team included Kyoko Tollenaar, Margot Trienen, Anouk Voeten, Josine van Slingerland, Noah Graves and Grafton Cederburg.
