Majority stake in CarWise and AutoDisk sold to Main Capital

The founders of CarWise Holding B.V. and A&A Automobiel Advies B.V. sold a majority stake to Main Capital Partners. CarWise and AutoDisk, collaborating since the 1990’s, are leading providers of integrated front-, mid- and back-office ERP software for the leasing and car rental sector in the Benelux. They serve the entire car leasing and rental value chain—from vehicle data, pricing and quotation to contract management, client engagement, invoicing, and reporting, with more than 370 organisations relying on the CarWise platform.

The transaction ensures CarWise and AutoDisk are well-positioned to grow further with a focus on the international market, leveraging Main Capital’s extensive global network. The founders will remain involved as shareholders in the business.

Houthoff assisted the founders of CarWise Holding B.V. and A&A Automobiel Advies B.V. on the sale.
