ASR and Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) reposition Amvest's real estate activities

a.s.r. and Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) have agreed to divide Amvest's real estate activities. PFZW will acquire a.s.r.'s shares in the management and development organisation as of 1 January 2026 and will become the sole shareholder of Amvest Vastgoed B.V. Amvest's current development portfolio will be divided between PFZW and a.s.r.. The management of a.s.r.'s separate account comprising 7,500 residential units will be transferred to a.s.r. real estate. There will be no changes to the funds managed by Amvest. The division of activities will increase the effectiveness of both shareholders.
Houthoff is advising a.s.r. on the realisation of this transaction and will be working with a.s.r., PFZW and Amvest in the coming months on its execution and implementation.
