Lumine van Uden appointed as counsel

As of 1 January 2024, Lumine van Uden was appointed counsel in Houthoff's litigation practice.
Lumine specialises in competition and commercial litigation, with a focus on cartel damages claims, claims for abuse of dominance and the Digital Markets Act (DMA). She also has broad experience in EU and Dutch competition law, handling cases relation to the cartel prohibition and abuse of dominance.
In addition, Lumine is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the Dutch Competition Law Association (VvM).
