Alexander van der Voort Maarschalk appointed justice of the Supreme Court

On recommendation of the Dutch House of Representatives, on 18 February the Council of Ministers appointed our partner Alexander van der Voort Maarschalk as a justice in the Supreme Court of the Netherlands.

Alexander will start in the Tax Division of the Supreme Court on 1 June 2022. At the end of May, he will leave our firm after more than 28 years. Houthoff would like to thank Alexander for his great dedication, both to our firm and to our clients. We wish him enormous success as one of the country's highest judges.
