Jasmijn Harms appointed as a civil law notary in Rotterdam

Jasmijn Harms has been appointed as a civil-law notary in Rotterdam by Royal Decree. She was sworn in by the Rotterdam District Court on 13 June. We would like to congratulate Jasmijn on this special achievement and great milestone in her career. Working with colleagues and clients on impactful mergers and acquisitions remains a strong source of motivation for her. 

Jasmijn has extensive experience handling complex cross-border transactions and is an expert on corporate governance. She assists both national and international - listed and unlisted companies - in finding innovative and pragmatic legal solutions. Jasmijn previously worked in Houthoff's New York and London offices.
