5 May 2021

Siemens has signed an agreement to acquire TimeSeries, a leading Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Mendix-partner.

The acquisition will help Siemens accelerate digital transformation by offering app templates for smart warehousing, energy management, remote inspections and more.

TimeSeries develops digital applications for customers with software of Mendix, which was acquired by Siemens in 2018. Siemens expects the two companies to act as producers of digital app templates and sees this product as a game changer for companies in every industry.

Siemens was advised by Houthoff during the acquisition of TimeSeries. The team involved consisted of Richard Witvliet, Jeanne Beck, Emma Hobma and Valerie Denswil and was headed by Paul de Vries.
