Denso Corporation has acquired Axia Vegetable Seeds Group, a leading supplier of vegetable seeds. Headquartered in Japan, Denso is a global leader in advanced technologies and systems for the automotive and agricultural industries. This cross-border transaction expands Denso’s presence in the agricultural sector.

The acquisition of Axia Vegetable Seeds Group marks a key step in Denso’s strategy to diversify its portfolio and accelerate growth in the agri-food sector. Denso and Axia will collaborate to combine industrial technology with seed development to produce high-quality seeds tailored for automated farming and climate adaptation.
