Anne works as a lawyer in the practice group Corporate/ M&A. She is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships and represents both private equity and strategic listed and non-listed parties. Prior to this, Anne was part of Houthoff's Litigation team.
