Anne specialises in litigating commercial disputes, both in fact-finding instances and before the Supreme Court. She works on a broad array of disputes involving financial institutions, insurers, bankruptcy trustees and large corporates. Anne is highly skilled at presenting a dispute to the court in a clear, reliable and thorough way. She is also able to help clients think strategically about how a dispute should be resolved. Anne is a prospective member of the Dutch Association of Civil Cassation Litigators and an ambassador of the Young Financials Network (YFINN). In the latter capacity, she has organised events such as a Disruptive Innovation event at Houthoff’s Amsterdam office. She has several publications to her name.
