As Head of HR, Ard is responsible for Houthoff’s HR policies and their implementation. He manages the HR Advice, HR Support, Learning & Development and Recruitment teams and the Manager Secretarial Support. Ard has a proven track record in senior management positions related to human resources and office management in the professional services industry. He previously served as a COO for the international law firm Simmons & Simmons.
