  • Houthoff advised MN acting on behalf of Stichting Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek and Stichting Bedrijfspensioenfonds voor de Koopvaardij, in the sale of the office portfolio Mercury to Bryant Park Netherlands Acquisition III. The Mercury portfolio exists of six properties, located in and around Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht, with a total of 21,567 m2 office space and 1,890 m2 retail space.
  • After designing and implementing the property law structuring, Houthoff drew up and registered the deed for the filing at the land registry of the world's first 3D visualization. The 3D visualization shows how the rights in the Station Delft buildings are spread over several floors: the municipality of Delft is the owner of the land, NS Vastgoed holds title to the station concourse with shops and the technical systems, lifts and stairs and ProRail/Railinfratrust holds title to the railway tunnel and the underground station.
