Houthoff advised Commerz Real on the sale of its office portfolio consisting of six office buildings to Tristan Capital Partners for approx. €370 million. Tristan Capital Partners has acquired the portfolio on behalf of its core-plus fund CCP 5 LL.

Houthoff advised La Salle Investment Management regarding the acquisition of the Bright Offices in Amsterdam. The acquisition took place on behalf of the French pension fund ERAFP, being the first acquisition for ERAFP on the Dutch Real Estate Market.
