Remme specialises in civil procedure. He represents clients such as bankruptcy trustees, creditors in insolvencies and financial institutions in both foreign and cross-border disputes. Remme litigates in fact-finding instances and in proceedings before the Supreme Court. He also regularly publishes articles in national and international journals. Remme regularly lectures on the law of civil procedure and insolvency law, and is a member of the Dutch Association of Civil Cassation Litigators, the Dutch Association of Insolvency Practitioners and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law.
