With this acquisition, Sureserve is making its first international expansion. Sureserve will provide Bonarius with capital and expertise to accelerate its organic growth and pursue targeted buy-and-build opportunities, aiming to establish the leading Dutch player in compliance and energy services.
Houthoff advised Sureserve Group on its acquisition of Bonarius.
