Geopolitical tensions are also driving new forms of supervision. For companies, these changes entail uncertainty and a need to adjust, but also create opportunities.

Houthoff Competition Event

On 20 November 2025, we will be hosting the Houthoff Competition Event, where we will reflect on the main competition law developments of the past year and – together with Martijn Snoep, chair of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and a staunch advocate of new enforcement tools – explore what lies ahead for 2026.
