Novasol acquires StrandBergen

On 25 January, Novasol A/S, Europe’s leading holiday home rental organisation, announced its acquisition of StrandBergen B.V.
StrandBergen is market leader of rented and managed holiday homes along the coast of the province of North-Holland in the region of Bergen aan Zee. With the acquisition, Novasol added 137 high-quality holiday homes to its portfolio of 860 holiday homes it manages in the Netherlands. This major strategic step aims to strengthen the company's position in the Dutch market. The transaction was completed at the end of last year and made public on 25 January 2021.Houthoff advised Novasol A/S on the acquisition of Strandbergen B.V. The team was headed by Jacques Kröner and included Margriet Kros, Maartje Verstappen and Josine van Slingerland.
