Exact acquires software company Gripp

Exact acquires the Tilburg-based software company Gripp. Gripp supplies Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business software to professional service providers.

The acquisition greatly expands Exact's offering and aligns with the company's ambition to further grow in the business service industry. By adding Gripp to its service portfolio, Exact now has a solution for a wide range of service providers.

The Houthoff team assisted Exact in this transaction. The team was led by Bram Caudri and included Margriet Kros, Lisa de Lege, Laila Berrich, Thomas de Weerd, Davide Ballestrero, Paul de Vries, Kyoko Tollenaar, Anouk Voeten, Sylvia Dikmans and Wieger Kop.
