Both companies are active in the manufacture and distribution of ventilation products and ventilation ducts. The acquisition makes Lindab the market leader in the Netherlands and now operates in 21 countries.
Houthoff assisted Lindab in the acquisition. The team involved was headed by Philip van der Eijk and included Vivian van de Haterd, Alessia Ponticorvo, Ralph de Kruijf and Brendan Moloney.
