The proceeds from the sale will be used to pay the remaining unsecured and subordinated creditors, and end the bankruptcy of DSB Bank. The Finqus portfolio was transferred on 17 November 2021.
Houthoff advised Finqus B.V. and DSB Bank N.V. on the sale. The team included Loet Venrooy, Jacques Kröner, Philippe Stille, Christiaan Zijderveld, Nadia Nartey Wemegah, Karien Burg, Thomas de Rave, Anne Sleurink and Wieger Kop.
