Houthoff was VTTI’s lead counsel and used its international network to coordinate and advise on the internal restructuring. Houthoff worked in close cooperation with 23 foreign firms, including Estudio Jurídico Marval O’Farrell Mairal (Argentina) and Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP (Singapore).
