Roompot’s acquisition of Landal GreenParks was approved on condition that the combined company transfer 30 holiday parks to Dormio Group. Together, Roompot and Landal are now the largest holiday park provider in the Netherlands.
Houthoff advised Platinum Equity, in cooperation with Latham & Watkins LLP, on Landal GreenParks’ sale to Roompot. Houthoff’s team included Jacques Kröner, Jet Stolk, Margriet Kros, Jeroen van Mourik, Brendan Moloney, Gerrit Oosterhuis, Ageeth Panman and Paul de Vries.
