Parkland and Magnus acquire the entire business of GeoJunxion

Parkland and Magnus acquire the entire business of listed GeoJunxion N.V. The transaction is structured through the acquisition of all shares in GeoJunxion N.V.’s only subsidiary by a special purpose vehicle of Parkland and Magnus. Following the acquisition, GeoJunxion N.V. will be dissolved, whereby the transaction proceeds will be distributed to its shareholders.

On 12 December 2023 the extraordinary general meeting of GeoJunxion N.V. was held in which the shareholders approved the transaction and subsequent dissolution and distribution.

GeoJunxion is a Dutch software company focusing on the optimalisation of business operations through the integration of location-intelligence (including addresses, roads and routes) and the implementation of associated technologies.
