The shareholders of Recharge.com, including the founders, are selling their shares in CG Holding B.V. to Coda. CG Holding B.V. operates under the name Recharge.com and is the European market leader in mobile top-up, gift cards and prepaid money. Coda is the global market leader in digital content monetization.
