With the acquisition of SAA, S&P further expands its position in the Dutch market and establishes a strong foundation for the future of the company and its employees. SAA is one of the largest independent financial advisors in the Netherlands. Since its foundation in 1982, founder Ton Rombouts has expanded the company by completing more than 220 acquisitions over the past 40 years.
Houthoff advised Söderberg & Partners (again and including) on the acquisition. The acquisition has yet to be approved by the Financial Markets Authority (AFM) and the Consumer & Market Authority (ACM).
