The portfolio comprises care and nursing homes and self-contained housing in eight different munxicipalities in the province of Groningen. In total, it concerns 1,061 houses (including sheltered housing). The sale aligns with Vestia’s objective to focus on the public housing task in its core municipalities in the Rijnmond/Haaglanden region.
