David started his career at Houthoff in 2009. He specialises in commercial, financial and insolvency litigation. He has extensive experience in complex disputes and is often involved in cross-border restructurings, such as OSX, Oi and Royal IHC. David is the co-chair of the International Bar Association’s Reorganisation and Workouts Subcommittee. He is a lecturer on insolvency law at the University of Amsterdam and frequently lectures and publishes on a range of topics concerning insolvency litigation.
