About Lisanne Haarman

Lisanne specialises in financial law in the broadest sense, with a particular focus on FinTech. She advises financial institutions such as banks, payment service providers, investment firms, insurers and trust offices on current and upcoming legislation and regulations governing Dutch and European financial supervision. Her expertise includes helping clients with matters such as market access, integrity issues, governance, remuneration policies, outsourcing and contact with the Dutch supervisory authorities: the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Lisanne assists clients with licence applications to AFM and DNB and advises on acquisitions in the financial sector, including applications for declarations of no objection.

About Wychand Kraaij

Wychand specialises in real estate transactions, city centre redevelopment and project development. He also advises on property law structures, including the creation of real rights, such as rights of ground lease and rights of superficies. Additionally, he deals with ownership structures, divisions into apartment rights and share deals. A key focus of his practice is providing legal guidance in the purchase, sale and construction of new housing projects, especially turnkey projects. He performs a wide variety of tasks in that regard: from contract drafting and conducting and assisting in negotiations to drawing up notarial deeds creating property law structures.
