Anouk Boutens appointed as partner employment & pensions

Houthoff has a new partner. From 1 January 2024, Anouk Boutens (36) will continue her career at our firm as partner employment and pensions. 

In her practice, Anouk focuses on corporate employment law (mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations) and pension law. In addition, she regularly litigates on these topics, especially in complex pension law disputes. She also advises on employee participation matters. 

We are proud to appoint yet another partner who has spent her entire career at Houthoff. Anouk has been working at Houthoff for nearly 12 years and has authored many pension law articles. From 2013 to 2015, Anouk worked at our London office. Anouk is a certified pension lawyer and a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland), the Pension Lawyers Association (Vereniging van Pensioenjuristen) and the Pension Law Association (Vereniging voor Pensioenrecht).
