Another two Houthoff-trained lawyers are set to become partners – a fact that we are very proud of. Willem Liedenbaum and Lucas Dröge have been appointed to partner with effect from 1 July 2024. Our congratulations on this wonderful prospect to the both of them. 

Willem Liedenbaum

Willem advises companies and investors on M&A and equity capital markets transactions. He has broad experience in complex cross-border transactions and is frequently involved in acquisitions of listed companies, such as Ordina, Meltwater and Intertrust. From September 2021 to May 2022, Willem was seconded to Sullivan & Cromwell, a distinguished New York law firm.

Lucas Dröge

Lucas litigates and advises on liability law, particularly focusing on health & safety litigation and product liability. He has extensive experience in complex and media-sensitive proceedings for leading national and international companies and their insurers.

Both of them started their careers at Houthoff in 2012 and are 36 years old.
