Diederick works in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group. He advises and litigates for companies, creditors, financial institutions and directors in various distressed and non-distressed situations. He is also involved in winding up bankruptcies. Diederick formerly worked in the Corporate Litigation practice group, focusing on commercial disputes and mass claims.

- Represented Fortenova Group, the largest food producer and retailer in South-Eastern Europe with an annual turnover of EUR 5 billion and 47.500 employees, in the implementation of a comprehensive restructuring resulting from the presence of sanctioned debt and equity holders in its capital structure and cross-border litigation in connection therewith.
- Advising the Derivatives Committee on the creation of the Uniform Recovery Framework for Interest Rate Derivatives, a compensation mechanism that compensates Dutch SMEs for interest rate derivatives they purchased from the six largest banks in the Netherlands.
- Represented one of the major airlines involved in the air cargo cartel Dutch civil damage proceedings.
