Eline is responsible for the recruitment and selection of all legal positions. Together with the other recruiters, she is the first point of contact for students, but she is also responsible for the recruitment and selection for positions from associate level upwards. In this role, Eline works closely with the practice groups and guides candidates through the entire recruitment process.
In addition, Eline is an important point of contact for (soon-to-be) law graduates and professionals interested in a legal career at Houthoff. She advises on career opportunities within the firm and has an eye for both professional ambitions and personal development. Together with the recruitment team, Eline is involved in student activities, company days and recruitment events, where she enjoys giving candidates a good impression of working at Houthoff and the culture of the firm.
