Josephine specialises in private M&A transactions. She advises private equity funds, listed and non-listed corporates on a wide range of corporate matters, such as M&A transactions, restructurings (carve-outs), and joint ventures in various industries. Josephine has previously gained experience with the Intellectual Property and IT practice groups at Houthoff. From September 2021 to February 2023, Josephine worked from our London office.

  • Advises Lumileds International on a definitive agreement under which San’an Optoelectronics and Inari Amertron Berhad will acquire Lumileds Holding B.V. and its European and Asian subsidiaries.

  • Advised Bridgepoint Advisers II Limited on its acquisition of the DataExpert group, a leading provider of products and services to combat cybercrime and fraud and deliver forensic and incident response solutions.
