Merel Lommen

Merel is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She focuses on national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships. Merel represents both private equity and strategic parties. She previously worked in the Real Estate practice group.
