Noor Eliens

Noor works in the EU and Competition practice groups, focusing on Dutch and European competition law. She particularly advises on cartel investigations and concentration notifications to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets and the European Commission, as well as on matters concerning EU regulation.
