Tess specialises in corporate law within the Corporate/M&A practice group and is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation. She previously worked in the Employment & Pensions practice group, where her work included advising on employment and pensions-related aspects of M&A deals.
