Anna leads Houthoff’s Real Estate practice. As a lawyer, she specialises in real estate (M&A) transactions and project development, and also advises on commercial tenancy law and other real estate related contract law matters. Her clients include national and international institutional investors and developers. Anna strives to be a true partner to her clients in all real estate matters – offering not only legal expertise but also strategic advice.

  • Advised on the sale of the distribution centre located at Laan van Mathenesse 9 in Bleiswijk to AXA IM. The building comprises over 61,000 sq m of lettable floor area for both logistics and office use, and is fully let to Dutch supermarket chain Jumbo.
  • Advised on the sale of the QUBE Offices in Amsterdam to Caplins Investment Management, a cooperation between APF International and Reyersen van Buuren. The QUBE Offices, located in MediArena near Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station, comprises approximately 19,515 m² of office space and 480 underground parking spaces.
  • Advised PFA Pension and Hannover Leasing on the sale of (part of) the New Babylon Complex in The Hague to Capreon. The complex comprises approximately 49,000 square meters, including 41,000 square meters of office space in Center Offices and City Offices and 8,000 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor.
