Anne works in the practice group Corporate/M&A. She is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships and represents both private equity and strategic listed and non-listed parties. Prior to this, Anne was part of Houthoff’s Litigation team.

- Advised Söderberg & Partners (again and including) on the acquisition of SAA Holding B.V. (“SAA”), one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the Netherlands. With this acquisition, SAA chooses for the Söderberg & Partners model to ensure sustainable growth.
- Advised Castik Capital S.à r.l. regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in WATR Group, a market leader in groundwater management and (ground-)water purification from funds advised by Borromin Capital.
