Anne works in the practice group Corporate/M&A. She is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships and represents both private equity and strategic listed and non-listed parties. Prior to this, Anne was part of Houthoff’s Litigation team.

- Advised Egeria on the sale of Dutch Bakery Group B.V. to investment manager 3i Group PLC.
- Advised Castik Capital on its acquisition of the Andra Tech Group, a leading group of companies specialising in the manufacturing of high-precision, complex components for €500-1000 million.
