Arno advises on a wide range of real estate transactions and financings, complex redevelopments within city centers, setting up development and investment structures, and complex cooperation agreements. Additionally, Arno advises on property law structuring of real estate developments and projects. As counsel, he will focus on further developing and implementing AI in our real estate practice and his role as a strategic sparring partner for clients.
