Expertises

Financial Regulatory
Financial companies increasingly need to implement new Dutch and European laws and regulations in their organisation. These new laws and regulations are a challenge for legal and compliance departments and they also have an impact on the day-to-day business.
Insurance & Reinsurance
The insurance sector has been facing a series of major challenges for a number of years. Economies of scale are more vital than ever, so mergers and acquisitions are the order of the day. This is combined with intensifying regulation and pressure on premiums. The corporate market is having to manage increasingly complex products and rising claim costs.
Financial Services
The financial sector is subject to increasing regulation, both within and outside Europe. It has become more complex and challenging for financial institutions to continuously anticipate and comply with constantly changing regulations.
FinTech
The financial markets are changing faster than ever before, due to large- scale disruptive innovations like Blockchain, cryptocurrencies and AI solutions as well as numerous start-ups.
