Etiënne Dijkhorst

Etiënne works in the Real Estate practice group, dealing mainly with purchase and sale transactions for institutional investors. His work involves all types of real estate – existing and newly developed properties, and redevelopments – with a particular focus on residential and healthcare real estate. In addition to institutional investors, Etiënne regularly represents Dutch multinationals in their real estate matters, such as the shared use of locations by several business units, head office relocations or divestments of former production sites. He also enjoys working together with Houthoff’s other practice groups on mergers and acquisitions, preferably with a substantial real estate component.

He was twice seconded to Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors for several months.
