Ghislaine’s work includes establishing, structuring and restructuring of investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and retail funds (UCITS and non-UCITS). The clients she advises include asset management companies, pension funds and other institutional investors. She advises on matters such as discretionary, fiduciary and integrated asset management, and asset pooling transactions. Ghislaine also advises clients on matters relating to laws and regulations governing financial institutions. Besides her legal work, Ghislaine is also part of the DE&I Committee at Houthoff.

  • Advising a.s.r. on the division of Amvest’s real estate activities. Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) will acquire a.s.r.'s shares in the management and development organisation as of 1 January 2026 and will become the sole shareholder of Amvest Vastgoed B.V. Amvest's current development portfolio will be divided between PFZW and a.s.r.
