Guillette specialises in mergers and acquisitions, representing clients including domestic and foreign private equity funds, institutional investors and strategic partners. She focuses on private equity investments and the financial sector and regularly works together with Houthoff’s Regulatory Team. Guillette has had a leading role in more than 50 transactions and became a partner at Houthoff in July 2022. In 2018, she was seconded to Sidley Austin LLP in London.

- Advised the shareholders of the Royal Steensma group, manufacturer of bakery ingredients, on the sale of the group to US multinational Dawn Foods.
