Jeanne advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on private M&A transactions, assisting both corporate and private equity clients. Having joined Houthoff in 2016, Jeanne spent the first part of her career in the Litigation and Arbitration department at the firm.

In 2022, Jeanne was seconded for three months to Noerr Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB in Germany. She is a member of Houthoff’s German Desk team.

  • Advised Volvo Cars on the European divestment of its ‘Care By Volvo’ subscription business. The business was sold in the Netherlands to Ayvens, a French fleet managing and operational car leasing company owned by Société Générale.
  • Advised IK Partners on the acquisition of an economical majority stake in QConcepts Beheer B.V., a fast growing Dutch audit-focused specialist.
  • Advised Hydro Energi on its Series A investment in E-Magy B.V., a Dutch silicon battery scale-up.
