Jet leads Houthoff’s Employment & Pensions practice.
She specialises in employment law. In addition to directors of large corporates, she mainly advises Dutch and international companies on all aspects of employment law. Jet has extensive experience in the laws governing both individual and collective termination, co-determination and all forms of reorganisation. She also advises clients on these subjects as part of or following an M&A or refinancing process, where the transfer of undertakings (TUPE) could also play a role. Jet has specific expertise in the Standards for Remuneration Act (WNT) and the Remuneration Policy (Financial Enterprises) Act (Wbfo). She litigates and also assists clients during mediations.

  • Advised IK Partners on the acquisition of an economical majority stake in QConcepts Beheer B.V., a fast growing Dutch audit-focused specialist.
  • Advised Platinum Equity on the sale of Landal GreenParks, operator of holiday parks in Europe, to Roompot.
