Joanna (Asia) Bebenek

Joanna (Asia) specialises in real estate transactions and property development. She assists and advises clients on the sale and purchase of offices, hotels, retail centres, distribution centres and housing portfolios, amongst other things. She also advises clients on inner-city redevelopments and new-build projects and on the drafting of the related contracts, including (turnkey) sale and purchase agreements, deeds of transfer of title and other (real estate) contracts. Joanna (Asia) additionally has extensive experience in establishing real estate law structures, including leaseholds, rights of superficies, common ownership, and divisions into apartment rights, including the related tax aspects, and the creation of security interests.
