Lisanne specialises in financial regulatory law and compliance, with a particular interest in payment services (PSD2 and PSR/PSD3), FinTech, which also includes cryptocurrency services (MiCAR), and anti-money laundering regulations (AMLD). In addition, she focuses on laws and regulations governing banks, electronic money institutions, investment firms (MiFID II), trust offices (Trust Offices (Supervision) Act (Wet toezicht trustkantoren)) and credit providers (CCD). Lisanne assists clients in licence applications with the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and in matters of compliance (such as investigations under the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme), remediation processes and incidents), governance, risk management and the admissibility of activities and investments.
