Lynn works in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups. In these practice groups, she focuses on domestic and international commercial disputes, including class action proceedings.

Previously, Lynn worked in the Corporate/M&A practice group, where she was involved in national and international acquisitions.

  • Advised ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud based business management software and services, on the acquisition of Treetop Group, a software company specialized in business software solutions for the residential construction and craft industry in the Netherlands.
  • Advised the ad hoc group of secured lenders to Tupperware Brands Corporation in connection with the Chapter 11 case of Tupperware Brands and its subsidiaries filed in Wilmington, Delaware. Houthoff advised the ad hoc group, among other things, in connection with the Dutch law aspects of the acquisition and of global rights to the Tupperware brand, intellectual property and operations in key markets pursuant to a sale authorized under section 363 by the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
  • Advised Corre Energy B.V. on the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture cooperation with SemperPower B.V. for the realisation of one of the largest battery storage facilities in Europe, located at the Zuidwending site in the Netherlands.
