• Advises Oceanco, universally recognised for designing and constructing bespoke super-yachts, on the intended acquisition of Alewijnse, a highly renowned provider of tailored electrical and automation solutions.

• Advised Ali M. Barwani Investment Co (BVI) on the sale and transfer of Oceanco, universally recognised for designing and constructing bespoke super-yachts that redefine the limits of naval architecture, to an American technology entrepreneur.

• Advised IK Partners and QConcepts on the acquisition of VanLoman. With this strategic collaboration, QConcepts and VanLoman will continue to operate independently while combining their strengths within the same quality platform. VanLoman is active in the market for high-quality advice in the field of Dutch taxes.

• Advising Freshstream Investments LLP on entering into a strategic partnership with leading Dutch jewellery and lifestyle brand ‘My Jewellery’, together with CEO and founder Sharon Hilgers and CFO/CTO Vilmar Bliekendaal.

• Advising Advent, a leading global private equity investor, on its agreement to invest in Reckitt’s Essential Home portfolio. Advent will acquire a 70% stake to support the company’s accelerated growth and innovation as a standalone business in the years ahead. The transaction values Essential Home at an enterprise value of up to US$4.8 billion, including up to US$1.3 billion in contingent and deferred consideration.

• Advised Bridgepoint a leading private asset growth investor, on the acquisition of the entire share capital of NMi Topco B.V. (NMi) from the American private equity fund Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.

• Advised TBAuctions Netherlands B.V. on its acquisition of Epic Auctions.

• Assisted Dutch insurer De Goudse in its proposed acquisition of a 35% stake in glass insurer Midglas. Midglas is market leader in this niche market. A part of the proposed acquisition is also a 35% stake in De Glaslijn, a facility service provider.

• Advised Castik Capital S.à r.l. regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in WATR Group, a market leader in groundwater management and (ground-)water purification from funds advised by Borromin Capital.

• Advised Severfield plc with the acquisition of Voortman Steel Construction Holding B.V. and with the Dutch law aspects of the financing of the transaction.

• Advised SPS Commerce, Inc. on the acquisition of all business and operations of TIE Kinetix, listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

• Assisted e& in forming a strategic joint venture with PPF Telecom Group. e& acquired a controlling stake (50% plus one economic share) in PPF Telecom Group. The transaction value is EUR 2.15 billion, with a potential earn-out of up to EUR 350 million.

• Advised IK Partners on the acquisition of an economical majority stake in QConcepts Beheer B.V., a fast growing Dutch audit-focused specialist.

• Advised 3i on the sale of the Weener Plastics group, producer of high-quality plastic packaging products, to US manufacturing company Silgan Holdings.

• Advised IK Partners on the sale of its portfolio company Yellow Hive to IK Partners' first continuation fund, IK Strategic Opportunities I.
